The event on March 31 attracted more than 70 professional personal and business coaches, including visitors from three continents.
The president of the ICF Bangkok Chapter, Panu Satienpoch, opened the evening, held at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
Panu reminded participants of the ICF values of integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect, and announced that the Bangkok Chapter was ready to support all coaches in their development and to advance the profession in Thailand.
The ICF is non-profit, professional organisation that represents personal and business coaches. Its mission is to build, support and preserve the integrity of the coaching profession.
It created core competencies for the coaching field and built a code of ethics. An ethical conduct review process and independent review board were established, allowing consumers to file breach-of-ethics complaints.
