
Tata Motors (Thailand) Limited has appointed Vorravith Boonvongsobhon as the new head of customer care and parts business, responsible for after-sale service and parts-supply. Vorravith has been a Tata executive for seven years, coming with more than 30 years of experiences in after-sale service, parts business and dealer support from working for various top vehicle brands in Thailand.
Sanjay Mishra, chief executive officer of Tata Motors (Thailand) Limited commented on the appointment that “Although we are a foreign company in Thailand, we do believe in the talent of Thai executives and employees. We would like to encourage locals to succeed and we have confidence in Thai executives as they are familiar with Thai society, culture, and the environment. They understand more about what customers want. This appointment will help the company develop a strong and sustainable business in Thailand.”
