Fitch Rates Easy Buy’s Senior Unsecured Bonds at ‘AA+(tha)’

Fitch Ratings (Thailand) has assigned a National Long-Term Rating of ‘AA+(tha)’ to Easy Buy Plc’s (EB; AA+(tha)/Stable) upcoming issue of senior unsecured bonds.
The issue will be up to Bt1 billion in size and the bonds will have a maturity of four years. The proceeds from the issue will be used for working capital and refinancing.
