‘Smart airport’ deal between CAT and U-Tapao takes wing

CAT Telecom has signed a collaboration deal with U-Tapao International Airport to study ways to adopt information and communications technology to transform the facility into a smart airport.
The partnership aims to use ICT to boost the airport’s flight traffic, manage its security and promote its digital transformation.
The four-year collaboration starts this year.
