TAIWAN
Thailand is famous for its beautiful scenery and friendly people and has been one of Taiwanese tourists’ favourite holiday destinations.
Thailand and Taiwan are so closely connected that when The China Post first heard of the bombing, we called our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and tour agencies to check if any Taiwanese had been wounded in the horrible incident.
We believe that Thai people are strong enough to soon recover from the tragic accident as they always have, and the murderers will finally be punished under the law for what they have done.
The governments of Asian countries should work more closely together to fight against the growing terrorist threat. Pray for Thailand and its people.

Bangkok is a great city familiar to many Filipinos, and its citizens are among the friendliest in all of Asia. The news of the Erawan Shrine bombing came as a terrible shock. We extend our sympathies to the victims of the blast and to their families, and add our hopes to the search for justice. From our own experience, we know only too well that the first casualties of acts of terrorism are the innocent. We stand with our good neighbour in this time of tragedy. But Thailand’s own proud history tells us it will surmount this crisis too.

The act of the devil behind the Bangkok bomb blast is deplorable. Thai people have shown great resilience in the face of adversity. The culprits won’t be able to achieve their nefarious purposes. Bangkok needs our support during this difficult time, we don’t just stand by, we will lend our hands to the Thai people.

The spectra of terrorism is haunting many countries in the region, with Thailand having become its latest victim. Bangladesh, which is fighting extremism and terrorism, understands the sorrow of the people of Thailand and extends full support in fighting this deadly “disease”.
The killing of innocent people can have no justification and such acts are crimes against humanity and must be destroyed with the full force of the government and the people. We express our solidarity with our fellow media professionals in Thailand and express our full commitment to fighting and exposing all terrorist activities in the region.
