The inundation has so far raged through 12 provinces, nine of them in the Northeast and the rest in the Central region.&nbsp; 
PM&rsquo;s Office Minister Ormsin Chivapruck said on Monday that the families of those killed in the flooding would each receive compensation of Bt50,000.&nbsp;
