Police were alerted about the shooting about 3am after the body of Jamad Yacharad, 36, was found in a creek in the forest behind his house in Tambon Charad in Phatthalung&rsquo;s Kong Lar district. 
He was shot five times. 
His sister, Kanchana Yacharad, 38, told police that her brother had gone out to catch fish in the creek.
