Newlyweds shot in the head in Nakhon Si Thammarat rubber plantation

A newlywed couple were gunned down with an M16 assault rifle at their rubber plantation in Nakhon Si Thammarat early Thursday, police said.
Police said the attacker open fired at the two, hitting them in their legs and causing them to fall, before shooting them pointblank in their heads.
The two victims were identified as Somsak Jittisak, 51, and Suwannee Inthanee, 47.
They were killed inside their rubber plantation in Ban Thung Bok village in Tambon Na Mor Boon in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Police said Suwannee had just divorced her previous husband to marry Somsak.
