EC app can speed up voting process

Voters can shorten the time they spend at polling stations on Sunday by checking their order with the Election Commission's Smart Vote app.
Instead of having officials check the long list for their order to sign their name to take a ballot for voting, voters can use the Smart Vote app to quickly find the order.
Voters can key in their ID number and the app will promptly display their order and their polling station.
The app also has sections to provide information about political parties and election candidates.
