The area around Bangkok’s Rajdamnoen Avenue is decorated with flowers and lights to mark His Majesty the King’s birthday on July 28.
The monarch’s birthday has traditionally been important for Thai people – many of whom express their love for the Royal Family by leaving messages at the Royal Household Bureau and city halls on this day nationwide.
