Recently I asked True to install Internet service in my home. But when the technician came, he found that the junction box had no empty ports. A different department would have to install a larger box first, so his trip was totally wasted and I have to wait for a week or more to get online.
Since True installs the boxes as well as the ports, the two departments should communicate with each other, so that before making an installation appointment, True would know if the box has to be replaced or not, turning a lose-lose situation into a win-win one.
