PM Prayut's new "moral education" curriculum is worthy of acclaim. Maybe the pilot scheme could engage a few carefully chosen police chiefs, politicians, senior bureaucrats and CEOs.
With capital punishment now a threat to the “executive corrupt”, these adult delinquents (smartly dressed in spanking new school shorts, shirt and tie) would have little choice but to turn over a new leaf.
With their more mature understanding of “graft”, responsibility and decency, Thailand’s placing in the world corruption rankings might improve overnight.
Would the government like me to forward a few names for immediate consideration?
