Although I thought I was by now shock-proof, I was horrified to read in the book "Nomad" that the so-called feminist Germaine Greer said criticism of female circumcision was an "attack on cultural identity" and that the practice was no worse than Western
“Nomad” author Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who grew up a Muslim in Somalia, writes that most feminists are white women who only condemn sexism when it involves white men. Rarely do they protest the fact that girls in Muslim societies are mutilated, gang-raped and then lashed (if not stoned to death) as “punishment” and sometimes killed by their own father if they refuse to marry the man he chose for them.
It’s fair to say the average feminist, who screams and yells if a white man goes to a prostitute (even if the prostitute is a consenting adult), will look the other way if a Muslim man beats his wife to death. Such feminists are a disgrace to the very cause they claim to represent.
