It was a real cheap shot for Barry Kenyon (letters, May 18) to suggest that I am a coward who attacks people in my letters because I’m not man enough to attack them to their face.
Barry knows fully well that on numerous occasions my picture has been in newspapers including Pattaya Today, which he was then the managing editor of. He even took some of those pictures himself! So he is well aware that I don’t hide from anybody!
On numerous occasions strangers have approached me in the street to comment on what I've written. Most of those people were friendly, [but] a few were nasty. But whether I’m writing letters or confronting critics to their face, no man has ever accused me of backing down one inch on anything that I wrote.
With “friends” like you Barry, who the hell needs enemies?
