Nitchaon out of Indonesia Open

The surprise run of Thai No 3 Nitchaon Jindapol at the BCA Indonesia Open came to an end of Saturday after she went down to Sayaka Sato of Japan in three tough games.
The world No 14 who caused a stir all over the Kingdom by upsetting world No 1 Tai Tzu Ying 21-19 8-21 21-17 on Friday was eliminated by Sato 21-13 18-21 14-21 in the semi-finals.
Nitchaon was the last Thai in the Superseries Premier event. All Thailand’s national players will next take part in the Australian Open which starts on Monday.
