Globalism is a conspiracy – but not a Jewish one

Re: “JC flirting dangerously with ant-Semitic conspiracy theories”, Have Your Say, yesterday.

While I do try to write intelligibly, it seems I am failing to be understood. It could be perhaps that some readers are influenced by their own preconceived ideas rather than what is written.
It is a fact of life that the Rothschild family either own or control most of the banks across the world including the US Federal Reserve and most central banks. To state that they were originally Ashkenazis from Eastern Europe and adopted the Jewish religion centuries ago has absolutely nothing to do with anti-Semitism. Having mixed with Jewish people all my life, they are intelligent people, remarkable in joking about themselves. The most amusing jokes about Jews are usually told by Jewish people. They are very broad-minded people and the ones I know laughed recently when shown the above letter.
Associated with the Rothschilds are the Rockefellers. David Rockefeller, who passed away this year at the age of 101, made this speech in 1991:
“It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity. But the work is now ... to march towards a world government.” And further: “The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practised in past centuries.”
David Rockefeller also praised the Washington Post and the New York Times, the two “fake news” nemeses of the Trump administration.
