Does it come down to beach safety?

Relating to the beaches, why can’t the “swim” flags be green and the “no swim” flags be red? That is international, a bit more than red and yellow for swim and red for no swim.  Sincerest condolences to the departed and her family and friends.

Totally agree re flag colours. It’s almost as though they’ve designed this to confuse rather than elucidate.
