You don’t have to be a shyster to defend Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan concerning his super-watch and diamond ring. I need only a minute to clear the scandal, not 30 days.
The watch and ring could both be fakes – and he could prove it by throwing them into the Gulf of Thailand in front of TV cameras. Or he could say he borrowed them from a rich friend and then get someone to claim to own them. Case closed.
