The talented bartenders at Up & Above Bar welcome 2018 by adding botanics and exciting floral flavours to their cocktails that will be available from January 1 to March 31.

Starting Bt300, top of the charming floral cocktail menu is the Cointreau Rose Fizz – a refreshing bubbly drink with notes of citrus and wild flowers. It’s accompanied by the Chamomile Cocktail – a soothing and smooth whiskey cocktail with citrus and honey notes.Next up is the Afternoon Tea Highball – a classic with a fruity twist made with house-infused rum and Rouge Metis Mariage Freres tea.
The Rose Old Fashioned takes the classic Old Fashioned mix of sugar, bitters, brandy and gives it a spring-like lift with notes of Bulgarian roses, while a tropical Lychee and Rose Petal Martini has a subtle flavour and is pretty in pink. The Lumpini Rose is a refreshing South Side-inspired cocktail made with botanics for a crisp and floral finish.
