It seems that among the 19 women who have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct or claimed to have had affairs with him, only pornographic actress Stormy Daniels could jeopardise Trump’s presidency. Why?
Unlike all the rest of Trump’s accusers, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Gregory Clifford, is a performer and director in the adult film industry. More than that, she has won an award as an adult-film performer. On CBS News’s “60 Minutes” last Sunday, Daniels said she had sex with Trump in 2006. She said she was not ashamed of it.
Asked whether she was attracted to Trump, she said no. Did she want to have sex with him? No.
Daniels also said she had no apology to offer to Trump’s wife Melania, who at the time of the affair was recovering from the birth of their son four months earlier.
She said it is Trump who should apologise – not her.
