Just when I thought Nigel Pike was The Nation’s very own crochety old grouch after the regrettable leaving of JC Wilcox, he shows that he has a steadily developing sense of humour after all, and allowing for his many previous unintended gaffes.
Let’s all have a guffaw at Mr Pike’s jokiness. This one is priceless: “In the war against the New World Order’s goal of destroying Western society, we conservatives must not yield an inch.” Chuckle. It gets better: “The loss of JC would be a win for the liberal fascists, and one more step towards the ultimate victory of global Marxism in which Dr Frank will rule the world.” I have to hand it to Pike: He sure knows how to reach our funny bones. Bravo.
