Bangkok’s viral aerobics sessions at Lumphini Park have become a must-visit evening activity, drawing Gen Z participants, office workers and fitness lovers in large numbers.
.
What makes the event stand out is its fun, accessible format. Popular hit songs and trending TikTok tracks keep the energy high, while the routines combine easy basic steps with livelier moves inspired by Body Jam and Zumba, making the sessions enjoyable for both beginners and regular dancers.
.
The sessions have recently been upgraded with a projector screen and speakers to better accommodate the growing crowds. Held behind the King Rama VI Monument in Lumphini Park, the activity has won praise from Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt, who said it had grown organically as a community activity.
.
The aerobics classes take place daily. From Monday to Friday, the basic aerobics session runs from 6pm to 7pm, followed by a Body Jam-Zumba session from 7pm to 8pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the session is usually held from 5pm to 6pm.
