
The developer’s new projects are the Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok and the Defene Srinakarin-Rama 9.
The company also plans to develop a further six or seven residential projects together worth Bt13 billion over the next five years, chief executive officer SornsakSomwattana said at a press conference on Monday.
Meanwhile, units in the Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok condominium project will be transferred from late 2018 onwards, he said.
Nirvana Daii posted revenue of Bt1.31 billion and a net profit of Bt112 million for the first half of the year, he added.
