Magnolia’s ‘The Forestias’ to integrate nature and community

The project, to be developed as an “imagine happiness” concept, has a Bt90billion value, according to a press release on Thursday. It would cover 300 rai (48 hectares) at Bangna-Trad Road kilometre 7. This mixed-use multi-generational lifestyle project would encompass residential housing, retail buildings, office buildings, a health centre, an innovation centre, a forest pavilion, community space, a learning centre, and an extensive natural ecosystem.
Construction is to begin in 2018 with a projected completion in 2022.
MQDC develops luxury residential and mixed-use projects under the Magnolias brand and youthful lifestyle projects under Whizdom. Additionally, it has established the Aspen Tree for eldercare living solutions and full-spectrum services to enable ‘ageing in place’.
