The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Michelin-starred restaurant Elements marks the day of love with a six-course romantic candlelit dinner featuring specially designed dishes for him and her.
Elements, the Michelin-star restaurant at the Okura Prestige Bangkok, has recruited Onno Kokmeijer, the executive chef from the restaurant at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam (which has two Michelin stars of its own) to create a “Japanese Seasonal Ingredients” menu that will be available from July 3 right through August.

The Japanese have long held a deep appreciation for shrimp in all their forms. Known as ‘ebi’, they are the key ingredient in a variety of delicious tempura, grilled, sushi, and sashimi creations that are enjoyed particularly during the spring and summer months.
