UK and Thailand celebrated 170 years of diplomatic relations with a joint Royal Kathina robe-offering at Wat Buddhapadipa in London.

Many devotees braved heavy rain on Sunday to participate in the Kathin ceremony marking the end of the three-month retreat for Buddhist monks at Wat Wang Yai in Songkhla’s Thepha district.
