Industry Minister Uttama Savanayana said yesterday that his ministry, the EEC Office and the government whip will discuss the matter on Monday before tabling it with the NLA on September 28.
Kobsak Pootrakool, vice minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, also said the emergency decree on public-private partnerships (PPP) and its details will be announced next week.
The move aims to push for four mega-projects in the EEC, with combined value of about Bt400 billion, to open for bidding under the PPP programme early next year.
They are U-Tapao airport, a high-speed train service, the third phase of Map Ta Phut Port and the third phase of Laem Chabang Port.
