A SEC official said PMTA currently holds 9,261,505 shares, accounting for 9.14 per cent of total stock. 
“As of April 20, the PMTA stock price closed at Bt6.75 per share, up Bt0.35, or 5.47 per cent, with the highest price being Bt6.75 per share and the lowest being Bt6.55,” the official said. 
He added that PMTA operates its business by holding other companies’ shares, such as Baconco, a crop protection product manufacturing and distribution company in Vietnam.
