The Naka Island to Host Elite Gastronomy Series in August

Marriott International’s luxury portfolio is elevating Thailand's fine-dining scene with the launch of “Across the Table” - Luxury Dining Series.

Taking place from August 12–15, 2026, The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket will host the premier four-night culinary showcase, serving as one of six exclusive destinations across Asia featured in the initiative.
 

The event gathers heavily acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs and top mixologists from across Asia, blending international culinary techniques with local island flavors, artisanal crafts, and luxury hospitality experiences.

1. Aug 12 — The Art of Culinary Discovery & Craft Brew Experience

The Vibe: Island-inspired interactive live stations paired with Phuket’s local craft beers.

2. Aug 13 — The Grand Banquet: Eight-Hand Dinner

The Vibe: A high-profile, wine-paired alfresco dinner under the stars.

3. Aug 14 — Chefs at the Table: Six-Hand Dinner

The Vibe: An elegant dinner fusing Alpine precision, Mediterranean warmth, and French technique.

Hosts: Chefs Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, Joseph William Talbot, and Sylvain Constans at Veranda.

4. Aug 15 — Chefs at the Table: Eight-Hand Culinary Journey

The Vibe: A celebration of refined Thai heritage, expertly paired with craft cocktails.

Hosts: Chefs Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava, Dylan Jones, Laongdao “Aong” Tohkhot, and Ratchanee “Kob” Nu-On at Aiyara, featuring drinks by Jane Kaew-Yod.

Cultural Workshops & Exclusive Guest Packages

Beyond the dining table, guests can participate in hands-on destination experiences, including a Gin Distillery Tour & Workshop, a Traditional Dye Textile Class, and a Sunset Catamaran Excursion along the Andaman coast.
