The Ministry of Commerce launched the major event “DITP EXPO 2026” to promote Thai products to win the global market. The event took place during 11–13 March 2026 at the 3rd Floor of the Ministry of Commerce (Sanambinnam), brought together export-potential products and services for sale. The exhibition also presented digital and AI technologies, along with financial support solutions, to help Thai entrepreneurs expand into international markets.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun, Minister of Commerce. Also attending the event were Ms. Kirida Bhaopichitr, Assistant Minister to the Ministry of Commerce, Ms. Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), along with executives from the Ministry of Commerce, representatives from the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Thai Industries, public and private sector agencies, artists, celebrities, and a large number of visitors.
This event was organized as part of the 74th anniversary celebration of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), which has long served as a key mechanism in driving Thailand’s international trade.
A total of 135 companies participated in the exhibition, featuring showcase exhibitions, honorary awards, panel discussions, live cooking demonstrations, and creative workshops.
In addition, the event presented the “THINK THAILAND: NEXT LEVEL” product exhibition zone, highlighting a variety of brands such as CareChoice, NIMNIM, Lamai Thai, SUNTREE, Nodething, NEP, Mesook, Klin Kasem Thai Incense, RATI, Skill Haven, Holen, and others. Special activities by well-known artists, celebrities, and influencers were also organized to create new experiences for visitors.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Commerce places importance on ensuring fair trade practices and protecting Thai entrepreneurs from unfair competition, while promoting the expansion of exports toward higher value-added products and services, including agricultural products, processed agricultural goods, and high-potential service sectors.
Currently, Thailand operates a network of 58 overseas trade promotion offices worldwide, where commercial diplomats monitor economic conditions, trade developments, and market opportunities in each country. These insights are used to formulate Thailand’s trade promotion strategies in alignment with global trends.
