Sweeteners for homebuyers at Bangkok expo

Property firms and financial institutions yesterday launched a special promotions campaign to mark Home Buyers Expo 2017, NPA Grand Sale 2017 and Home Loan 2017 that runs at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, Bangkok, until Sunday.
Examples included “free to stay for the first three years” sales by condo developer Origin Property and “zero per cent interest rate for the first year” loans by Krung Thai Bank.
The Housing Finance Association’s chairman Kitti Pattanapongpiboon estimates that as much as Bt15 billion in home loans will be raised during the event.
