Record attendance at twin Bangkok RHVAC and E&E fairs

The International Trade Promotion Department recently announced a record final overall attendance figure for the “Bangkok Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning Fair 2017” (Bangkok RHVAC 2017) and the “Bangkok Electric & Electronics Fair 2017” (Bangkok E&E 2017).
The twin annual fairs, held in Bangkok from September 7-10, 2017, welcomed more than 11,300 visitors from around the world, some 45 per cent higher than last year’s shows.
The largest numbers of foreign visitors were from China, Malaysia and India, respectively, said Malee Choklumlerd, director-general of the department.
The fairs also generated sales of Bt2.28 billion, an increase of 13.5 per cent from the previous year’s dual events, she added.
