US gun control moves should start at charter
Can I hope for a complete repeal of all gun control laws? I doubt it, but such an action is long overdue!
Although, I know most citizens do not have the understanding nor stomach for the necessary changes. Every State or Federal gun requirement is patently illegal!
“The right to keep and bear … shall not be infringed”...
Filling out a form, a ‘wait period’, background check, etc. – all inclusive – are “infringements”, therefore illegal!
The Federal Government should prosecute even the smallest infringement and stop the nit-picking by anti-American idiots at all levels.
If you don’t like the Constitution and it’s Bill of Rights, then the proper, legal approach is put together a comprehensive plan to change whatever you think is wrong. Either follow the 2nd Amendment or change it! Stop the illegal nit-picking of the Constitution.
