
Managing director Jenchai Limwattanakul said on Monday that the project would open bookings on August 26 for 2,047 units on 13 rai (2 hectares) of land.
The project will feature three designs, including studios offering space of about 25-25.5 square metres per unit, one bedrooms with 26.5 to 37.5 sq. m., and two bedrooms with 48.5 to 62 sq. m.
The project is now seeking its environmental-impact assessment permit, and is targeting a construction start next year, with the project to be complete in 2020, Jenchai said.
